2)Galatasaray University Culture and Art Museum
Completed in 1875, the historical building has 3 floors today. On the bottom floor, you can attend the events organised by the Post and Telegraph Telephone Administration and visit the exhibitions. Here you can see the scientific studies carried out at the university or the artefacts that are important in its history.

3)Istanbul Maritime Museum
With nearly 20,000 items in its exhibition collection, the Istanbul Maritime Museum is the most comprehensive maritime museum in Turkey. You can see naval weapons from the late Ottoman period, miniatures of boats used in the early periods and many other historical maritime equipment in the museum.

4)Pera Museum
The building was constructed by preserving the facade of the former Bristol Hotel to serve as a museum and cultural centre. The museum exhibits the works of young artists from Turkey and abroad and organises periodical events. There are also screenings for cinema enthusiasts from time to time.
