KADES is a official application offer to their users in order to prevent little bit of bad acts such as violence and harassment that women and children are exposed to.

 

İt is an emergency response application prepared by General Directorate of Security of Turkey and the first thing that comes your mind in an emergency.

 

The Kades app has been developed in order to prevent violence against women ,which has increased  in years ,and to help women.Women who have been subjected to violence by their spouses or someone else, or who are likely to be exposed to violence, can quickly reach the Women's Emergency Support Notification System, which was established for this work, by making a report via their smart phones.

 

The “Women Support Application (KADES)” that a smartphone user will download from the Google Play Store and Apple Store application, T.R. With the application that can be activated by entering the ID Number and then with the activation code coming from the EGM servers, women who are victims of domestic violence and violence against women can access the device location information in emergency situations and reach the 155 Police Emergency Emergency Call Center with a single key, and the closest team or patrol to the scene where the call for help is made. will be dispatched to intervene in the incident.

 

You can dowload and use Vodafone Red Light(Kırmızı Işık ) and KADES applications from the App Store or Google Play to report cases of gender-based violence or to get information about the issue.

How to Use KADES

 

“KADES” mobile application can be downloaded to IOS and ANDROID phones, and after it is downloaded to smart mobile phones by the user;

 

1)When the application is opened for the first time, on the screen where personal information is requested, the user agreement should read and approved by filling in the identity and mobile phone information

 

 

2)The application must be activated by entering the "SMS Verification Code" sent after confirming that the person installing the application is a woman from the population information in the MERNİS database,

 

3)While making a notification, the location information status should be turned on on the mobile phone.

 

İf the woman faced with an emergency, the woman will be able to make an instant report by pressing the "KADES KADIN EMERGENCY SUPPORT" button on the application screen after the location information is opened on her phone, and she will confirm the accuracy of the report by choosing one of the "YES" and "NO" options that will appear on the screen for confirmation of the notice.


If the notice is entered by mistake or the situation regarding the notification is invalid, the "NO" option can be selected and the notification request can be cancelled. When the “YES” option is pressed, the user will be notified as a warning message that the notification has been successfully received and a team has been sent to the notified location; the aforementioned notice will also appear as a notice on the screen of the responsible persons in the Emergency Call Center.

 

Upon the notification to the Emergency Call Center, the nearest law enforcement agency will be sent to the notification area and necessary legal actions will be taken.
