Tantuni is a type of wrap unique to Mersin.

The tantuni consumed today is made with two kinds of meat. The wrap containing only meat is called biftek, and the wrap containing both meat and tail fat is called tantuni.

2)KEREBİÇ
Kerebiç is a type of dessert made of semolina, filled with pistachios or walnuts, served with white clotted cream from the Mersin region.

3)CEZERYE
Cezerye is a common type of dessert especially in Mersin and Adana region and is made from ingredients such as carrots, granulated sugar, walnuts and coconut.

4)İİÇLİKÖFTE
Kibbeh, which is famous in Mersin as in all Southeastern provinces, is prepared in round shape. This kibbeh, which is made without adding walnuts, is prepared by frying in oil.

5)BATIRIK
Batırık, one of the famous dishes of Mersin, is a local dish that is similar to lentil meatballs. This local batırık dish can be prepared in the form of juicy or lentil meatballs.
